promote healthy child development.
Learn the importance of reading, singing and much more with your baby. Participate in workshops such as Mother Goose, Music and Movement, Science Discovery, and much more. Talk to a public health nurse/lactation specialist on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. |

public health nurse who can answer your questions from A to Z. |

Napanee Let's Play with Baby group meets every Tuesday from 1:30 - 3:30 at the Early Years Centre. |

Other Pre and Post-natal Services and Resources Pre-Natal classes are held at the Early Years Centre on Wednesday Evenings. The KFL&A Health Unit prenatal classes consist of four two-hour evening classes. This includes three classes lead by a public health nurse and one breastfeeding class lead by a lactation consultant. |

Food for You Food For Two is a drop-in program for pregnant women and mothers of babies 6 months or younger. Free groceries, prenatal vitamins, child care and transportation are available.
